The hotel has a pleasant exterior and friendly service, but the interior leaves much to be desired. The rooms are quite small and cramped, making it tough to move around. While cleanliness was not an issue, maintenance seems lacking based on our experience. The breakfast situation wasn't ideal either, especially during these times we’re in. It did offer decent parking options, but overall, it could use some major improvements.

My experience at the Sleep Inn was really unfortunate. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was refused a room upon arrival, and the front desk staff was unhelpful. On a positive note, my stay at the nearby Comfort Suites was much better, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. However, the lack of helpfulness at the original hotel was quite disappointing.

I had a really nice stay at the Sleep Inn in Tinley Park. The room was modern and clean, albeit a bit small, but it had everything we needed. The staff was exceptional, especially Julianna at the front desk, who went out of her way to ensure our comfort. However, the breakfast availability seemed reduced, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a great value for the money, and I would definitely consider staying again.
